Huddersfield Art Gallery was established in 1893 and has been in the current building shared with the library since 1940. Alongside a collection

of chiefly British art of the past two hundred years, the gallery has a full programme of exhibitions, events and educational activities throughout the year.

Huddersfield Art Gallery is located on the second floor of the Library and Art Gallery building in the town centre. It is a 10 minute walk from the train station and 5 minutes from the bus station. Parking is available in town centre car parks and on street parking.
