One of the Treasure Houses of England, Harewood is home to the Earl & Countess of Harewood and has art collections to rival the finest in the land in the setting of Yorkshire’s most beautiful landscape.   Harewood has enjoyed a special relationship with contemporary artists throughout its history; JMW Turner, Thomas Girtin, John Varley, John Piper, and photographer Roger Fenton to name a few. All have left a legacy of works which remain in the collection today alongside Renaissance masterpieces, family portraits, and modern art collected by the 7th Earl and Countess.
